Return & Cancellation policy

Payments are only done after all images are delivered to your satisfaction , so no advance payment is needed. Invoicing is made once monthly for the services provided on the previous 30 days. Any amount can be refunded within 15 days after the payment has been initiated by the customer. Any order can be cancelled within 2 hours of price approval by the customer by telephone or email. The email must contain the order id only and state that the order must be cancelled.
